Central Community Development Corporation (CCDC) alongside Congress Heights Arts & Culture Center (CHACC) is actively reshaping the story of Ward 8 in Washington, DC. Our mission is to enhance essential services such as affordable housing, financial literacy, business development, and job training education to foster a thriving environment for the residents East of the Anacostia. CHACC is enriching this endeavor by immersing the community in the arts and culture that resonate with our collective identity. Artists find a sanctuary at CHACC where they can connect, create, and grow in ways uniquely facilitated by artistic expression.

We at CCDC and CHACC are reaching out to you for a pledge to help us sustain and broaden the impactful work we’re doing in the community.
